What this site collects, which is very little, and what happens to it. Written to be read rather than to be complied with.

What we collect

The only information this site collects is what you type into the consultation brief form: your name, work email address, organisation, an optional phone number, the service requirement you select, and the brief itself.

Nothing else is gathered. There is no analytics package, no advertising pixel, no session recording and no third-party embed on any page.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no browser storage. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

What we do with a brief

A submitted brief is delivered by email to info@sigmadev.digital and is used only to reply to you and to scope the work you asked about. It is not added to a mailing list, sold, or shared with third parties.

Your email address is set as the reply-to on that message so a response goes back to you directly.

Abuse prevention

The form endpoint keeps a short-lived record derived from the requesting IP address so it can rate-limit submissions — five per address per fifteen minutes. The address is hashed rather than stored in the clear, and the record is discarded once the window has passed.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are retained for as long as the conversation is commercially relevant, and deleted on request.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email info@sigmadev.digital and we will action it.

Hosting

The site is a static export served over HTTPS. Standard web server access logs may be retained by the host as part of normal operation.
