Who we are
sigmadev.digital is run by SigmaDev Digital, a business registered in Nigeria with the Corporate Affairs Commission (BN 8969161) (“SigmaDev Digital”, “we”). Contact us at info@sigmadev.digital. By using the site you agree to these terms.
The free tools
The free tools are provided as they are, to help you work things out. Check important figures before you rely on them: results depend on what you enter, and tools are not legal, tax or financial advice.
Pro tools
- What you get: Pro tools access is a one-time payment that unlocks every Pro tool on the site, including Pro tools added later, for as long as we run the site. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
- Price: the price is shown at checkout in naira (any dollar figure shown is a guide only). Prices may change for future buyers; it never changes what you have already paid for.
- Your access is personal to the account you bought it with. Please do not share it or resell it.
- Refunds: if Pro tools do not work for you, email us within 14 days of buying for a full refund. After that, refunds are at our discretion, and we will always refund if a Pro tool you paid for stops working and we cannot fix it.
Other products and services
Websites, apps and other project work are agreed in a separate written quote or agreement covering scope, price, timeline and ownership. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins.
Payments
Payments are taken by Paystack, and by Stripe where offered. You agree to their terms when you pay. We do not see or store your full card details.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, attack or overload it, try to get around Pro access, scrape it in bulk, or send spam or fraudulent messages through its forms. We may block access that does.
Ownership
The site, its tools, text and design belong to SigmaDev Digital or to the people who licensed them to us. Your own data and the results you produce with the tools are yours.
Liability
We work to keep the site and tools accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee they will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date above, is the one that applies.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction, without taking away any rights you have under the law where you live.
