How refunds work for purchases from SigmaDev Digital.

Pro tools
Pro tools access is a one-time digital purchase. If it does not work for you, email info@sigmadev.digital within 14 days of buying for a full refund. After 14 days refunds are at our discretion, and we will always refund if a Pro tool you paid for stops working and we cannot fix it.
Project work
Refunds for websites, apps and other project work follow the quote or agreement for that project.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Paystack or Stripe, normally within 5 to 10 working days of approval.
